Physical Education at McNair is broken into three categories: Health and Wellness, Fitness, and Manipulative Skills.  Throughout the year our students learn to challenge themselves physically as they grow into life-long fitness learners.

Breathing, Moving, and Resting are the foundation of the Health and Wellness curriculum.  Students are instructed through these exercises to allow students to notice being in their bodies and restore/rejuvenate both body and mind.
